Vince’s features several gourmet lines of Italian dry-cured and cooked deli meats, including Citterio, Columbus, and Volpi. All are hand-selected for quality and taste, prepared using ancient techniques—salted, spiced, coated, and air-dried, often in specially conditioned curing rooms.

Citterio

Traditional salami in a wide range of varieties, including sweet and hot sopressata, Abruzzese, and Calabrese. We also carry snack-packs, Rollino, Rotolo, Pancetta Cubetti, and Speck Cubetti.
