Cooking Classes

Vince’s cooking classes provide you the opportunity to learn how to make Italian cuisine from our talented staff. Discover how to make pasta, delicious sauces, regional Italian dishes, desserts and much more! Our fun, informative classes bring a true taste of Italy to your family’s table.

Cooking classes are typically limited to 4-12 people. If you have a larger group, please contact us. You must be at least 16 to register. For permission to register a participant under the age of 16, please contact donna@vincesgourmet.com.

To register for a cooking class, see the calendar below and click on the class that interests you to determine availability and to reserve and pay for admission (online payment by credit card only). If you are redeeming a Vince’s gift card, please call us at 315-452-1000 or stop by the store to reserve the class.

FEATURES

Our cooking classes include demonstrations as well as hands-on learning. Our instructors will walk you through the steps to make the featured dish and answer questions.

  • The meal you prepare to take home and enjoy (to-go containers provided for each dish)
  • A 10% discount on in-store purchases on the day of the class
  • Customers may bring their own “adult beverages” to class; we provide water

* Classes that are identified as sit-down meals will conclude with a family-style dinner and dessert

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

When you reserve and pay for a spot in one of our cooking classes, it should be considered the same as purchasing a ticket to the theater, a concert or a sporting event. We will accept cancellations or requests to reschedule up to 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled class. ABSOLUTELY NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED INSIDE 14 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED CLASS. If you reserved a class on our website and have to cancel, you can request a refund via the link provided in your confirmation email. If you reserved a class over the phone or in-person, please contact donna@vincesgourmet.com for a refund or to reschedule. Should you be unable to attend a class, we encourage you to send someone in your place. If you reserve a class and do not attend for any reason, the entire class fee is non-refundable and no future credit will be given. Classes start promptly at the appointed time, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. We will not cancel a class for weather unless a travel ban or “State of Emergency” is issued, in which case Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
