In addition to our homemade pasta, we carry full lines of Alessi, Anna, Ferrara, Maurizio, and Rummo pastas—staples in Italian kitchens for generations. These pastas are made using traditional methods and 100% durum wheat semolina for consistent taste, color, and cook time.
Anna pasta is produced using the traditional methods of pasta production to create a high quality, nutritious product consistent in taste, color and cook time.
Maurizio Artisan pasta is produced from the finest durum wheat semolina in the Campania region of southern Italy. The pasta is carefully pressed through traditional bronze dies, resulting in a uniquely porous texture that allows for maximum sauce absorption.
Rummo pasta is a high-quality Italian pasta brand that has been a staple in kitchens for over 160 years. It is known for its unique Lenta Lavorazione® method, which involves a slow processing technique that gives the pasta a rougher surface, allowing it to better grip sauces.

Many customers ask about sauces made from San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes. These tomatoes are grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius in the Sarnese Nocerino region near Naples. Rich in nutrients and lycopene, they are protected by strict guidelines. Look for the Consorzio and D.O.P. symbols on the can or jar to ensure authenticity.
