Sfogliatelle
A puff pastry cup filled with ricotta cheese, semolina flour and lemon.
In Italian cuisine, Sfogliatelle are filled pastries that are shaped like shells or cones. The word "sfogliatelle" means "many leaves/layers," and this describes the dessert fairly well, as the texture resembles leaves stacked on each other.

Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes.

We can ship any of our frozen items. When ordering, keep all frozen items together in one order and choose UPS 2nd day air. Our items will be placed in a Styrofoam container packed with dry ice. If you have any questions, please email or call us.
