What are your hours?
Vince's Gourmet is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. / Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. / Sunday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Is Vince's open every day?
Owners Vince and Sam work hard most of the year, but do take time off to spend with family for the following days: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas day, and New Year's day. Occassionally for family reasons, additional days are taken with as much advance notice as possible (depending on the situation). For the smaller holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) closing is usually 3 p.m. but will be posted in advance. Whenever in doubt, just call 315-452-1000 to find out for sure.
Can I call ahead for a catering order?
Yes. If you give us a couple hours, we can have your meal starting to defrost so it will take less time to bake. Just call 315-452-1000.
If I can't find a product online or in the store, do you take special orders?
Depending on the item and availability from our suppliers - just ask and we'll see what we can do!
